To self schedule yourself for an assignment:
When self scheduling has been enabled, click on an 'Open Slot' in the assignment.
Add yourself to the assignment, indicating the time range that you would like to work, and any label that may apply to you, and enter any necessary notes. Click + Add Yourself :
Once submitted, you will either be scheduled in the assignment, or shown as 'Pending'. If pending, the administrator will receive and email notification for approval. Once approved, you will receive an email notification stating you have been approved; and entered in the schedule.
Note: This is only possible if Self Scheduling has been enabled on this assignment, and your name has been selected as an allowable employee to self schedule.
