            How to submit a bug / support request

            If you can't find what you're looking for in our help center, you can submit a support ticket. Please remember that the help center is very detailed, and has over 100 searchable articles. Most likely, your answer is there, but if not, you can submit a support ticket.

            Tickets are answered in the order they are received, typically within 24 hours.

            To submit a support ticket for a bug or other issue, please send an email to: support@crewsense.zohodesk.com

            When submitting a ticket, you must include the following information in the email. Failure to include this information will result in the ticket being discarded:

            Your Full Name
            Organization Name
            Full description of issue/bug
