CrewScheduler Remind Employees

To send a reminder to an employee (text / sms / mobile app push); simply right click on their name within the CrewSchedule and click 'Send Reminder'.





Once a reminder has been sent, a dot will appear next to their name. If the dot is yellow; it means they have been reminded, but have not acknowledged.






If the dot is green, they have confirmed receipt of the reminder.





If the dot is red; they have not responded after one hour.





Note: You can only send one reminder to each employee every 12 hours.
