            Callback - Edit Rankings

            For organizations who use a rotating list method for their CallBack rules; you can edit the ordering of the CallBack rankings manually by simply dragging and dropping the order of employees.

            It is important to note, this method only works for simple rotating list methods. If your organization uses an hours based method instead, please see the section on 'Changing hours based rulesets'.

            To edit CallBack Rankings in a simple rotating list method:

            Click CallBack's -> CallBack Rankings -> edit CallBack Rankings:

            Select the appropriate list / title, and 'grab' names to reorder. You reorder by simply dragging and dropping them, or clicking a name and then entering the position to move to on the right hand side of the screen:

            Please keep in mind that all changes made to the CallBack Rankings are saved in the system log; including the name of the person who made the changes, and the employees affected.
