Once an employee has signed up for a self scheduled position, and if the option to Require Admin approval for self scheduling has been checked, the indicated admin will be notified and action is required to approve the position. To approved the position, click on the self scheduled employee in the Crew Scheduler.
From there, a window will pop up.
If you approve of the hours and position, click Approve. You can also click Send SMS Text for the employee to be sent a text message letting them know the position has been awarded to them. Now the employee has been added to the shift!
