Mobile App Push Notifications
In the event that you stop receiving Mobile App push notifications to your mobile device, do the following steps:
Step 1) Ensure you have the most recent Mobile App version installed on your device.
Step 2) Check 'My Devices' by clicking the cog icon (gear) and then 'My Devices'. Make sure your current device is listed, that your Schedule Alerts and Time Off Alerts are turned on, and remove all unnecessary devices from the list.
Step 3) Re-register device. Click the cog icon, and then 'My Devices'. Scroll down to the bottom and click the 'Register' button.
Step 3) If steps 1-3 fail, we suggest you delete your registered device and start completely over with the device registration process.
