How to Submit a Bug / Support Request

If you can't find what you're looking for in our Support Center via our Knowledge Base articles or in Chat with our Support Team, you can submit a support ticket. Please remember that the help center is very detailed, and has over 160 searchable articles. Most likely, your answer is there, but if not, you can reach out to our Support team via Chat or submit a support ticket.

Tickets are answered in the order they are received, typically within 24 hours.

To submit a support ticket for a bug or other issue, simply select the Customer Support (?) icon in the top tool bar. Then click on the 'Submit Ticket' button. 



When submitting a ticket, you must include the following information in the email. Failure to include this information will result in the ticket being discarded:

Your Full Name
Organization Name
Subject
Full description of issue/bug
Classification
Product Name
