Fatigue Tracking

Fatigue Tracking

The scheduling system offers fatigue tracking; a way to track an employees hours worked against set limits for 2 day, 4 day or 7 day periods.  Default values have been set, and are based upon the 'Industry Profile' selected during account creation:

Law Enforcement, Clinical and Manufacturing: 30 hrs, 40 hrs, 60 hrs respectively.

Fire and EMS: No limit, 72 hrs, 96 hrs respectively.

In order to set tracking limits on a per user basis, navigate to Employees, then Add/Edit employee, select the employee to configure, and click the edit icon. Then, click on the Lists(s)/ Groups/ etc tab. From there you will be able to set fatigue limits for each employee.

Once these limits are setup you will be able to view an employee's fatigue levels by going to the CrewScheduler, right clicking on their name and choosing view fatigue levels.

There you will be able to view the employee's fatigue levels based upon the last 2 days, 4 days and 7 days. You can view more information by clicking Details

Regularly scheduled Shifts, Misc. Hours, Holdover Hours and Traded time On will be calculated in these levels. In the future, this module will be expanded with real time alerts, scheduling warnings, etc.
