Welcome to Scheduling!  There is a lot to do, we know! This guide is meant to help you wade through the waters of the system, with only the options you need to know. Now that your Agency has decided to make the switch, we know that it can be overwhelming. But never fear! This guide will make it easy for you to figure out what your responsibility is as a daily user of the system. We have a very extensive Knowledge Base Library. And here is where you'll find all the articles that you'll need to be able to get going.

Change your Password
You'll want to do this as soon as you're told to log into the system. Your login name is usually set by an Admin, so get with them to see what it is. Should you lose your password, you can request a new one here. And remember, your Admin can always change your password should either of these options fail for you.

Look at your Profile, and make sure your information is up to date. Your Agency might not allow you to change your profile, but if they do, you'll want to make sure everything is up to date. You can set your Availability for CallBacks, or unavailability, depending on what your system uses. You can view your Rankings on the lists so you know where you stand for the next CallBack. You can look at your Mobile devices and their settings as well. You can set up an auto-accept period.

Next, take a look at the CrewScheduler, This will be the place where you spend the majority of your time. You'll be able to see who is scheduled where and what is needed for the day. If your Agency allows for self-scheduling, you'll be able to do it from here. You can set up your calendar to sync here, so you can see it on your smart devices.

If your Agency uses the CallBack system, you'll want to become familiar with that. See how to respond to a CallBack, which is all based on your company's existing overtime rules.

ReadyAlerts are a great way for your Agency to get a hold of you, so you'll want to learn how to view them here.

Time Off is another section you'll want to know how to use. Submit a requestview the time off calendarswap time off, and view your requests.

The Trade Board is for if your Agency allows shifts to be traded between Employees. Here you can request a shift trade and view existing requests. You'll get notifications for any requests that might have to do with you, so keep an eye out on that little notifications bell in the upper left corner for things requiring your attention.

Your Agency might choose to use the Forms section. You will be able to access them or modify them depending on your user settings.

And that's it! The system is easy to navigate once you get started and become familiar with what each Module's capabilities are. With daily use, you'll know the system as well as we do!
