Daily Roster Printout / PDF

You can easily download a Daily Roster from your CrewScheduler as a printable PDF file. This will list all personnel assignments, time off's, partial hours, and any notes for the day. 

To print the Daily Roster:

You must be in the day view of the CrewScheduler:

Click on the printer icon in the upper right corner of the CrewScheduler:  

This will open a pop up and you will then filter what assignments and objects from the CrewScheduler you want included in your printable PDF.  Once you have selected what you want included and if you intend to print the same filters often,  you can elect to set your selected filters as a saved default. 

Now, click the green Create PDF button. 

When you create your PDF you can choose to print or save it.
