CallBack metrics are useful for seeing how the scheduling system is performing for filling open shifts within the CallBack module. CallBack Metrics are a basic reporting module that gives detailed information on all of your CallBack performance. Metrics can be found under Reports > view Callback Metrics
Once open you will be able to set the parameters
By clicking on the 3 black dots next to 'Filled Callbacks' you can see which list filled each of your CallBacks:
